What kind of chargers Sheetz has

Most Sheetz EV stations are DC fast chargers, which can add a lot of range in 20 to 40 minutes depending on your car. Charger networks and connector types vary by store. Some stores host third-party networks and others host Tesla Superchargers.

How to find a Sheetz charger

  • Use the EV charging filter in the Sheetz store locator.
  • Check apps like PlugShare, ChargePoint, Electrify America or your car's navigation, which show live availability.

Cost

Charging is priced by the network operator, usually per kilowatt-hour or per minute, and shown in that network's app or on the charger screen. Idle fees may apply if you stay plugged in after charging finishes.

Making the most of the stop

A fast-charging session is about the time it takes to order and eat an MTO meal. Order ahead in the app so your food is ready when you plug in.

Frequently asked questions

Can non-Tesla cars use Tesla chargers at Sheetz?
