How to make an MTO order gluten-free
- Burgers and chicken: choose a lettuce wrap and grilled chicken. Crispy chicken is breaded with wheat.
- Subs: order the fillings as a salad or bowl.
- MexAmerican: bowls and nachos use corn or no tortilla. Quesadillas, burritos and the Quesarito use flour tortillas.
- Sauces: most dipping sauces are naturally gluten-free, but check the app. Some contain soy sauce or malt vinegar.
What to avoid
Anything breaded or battered (Tenderz, boneless Shwingz, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, mac 'n cheese bites, fish), every bun and roll, Pizza Flatz, flour tortillas and bakery items all contain wheat.
